Done advertises and promotes that they will provide medical treatment and support for those suffering from adhd and provide treatment/prescription within 15min of evaluation. They charged me $200 met with a telehealth provider that said i would have my prescription within 15min after my 930am appointment or by end of day.
I spent the first 3 days afterwards trying to get any response searching out every possible means of contact and have sent over 20 emails 20+ phone calls it has been 11 days and i still have received nothing more than an apology and empty promises of resolve.
They are a scam and everyone needs to know if you have been effected by done do not stop with complaints to them go to attorney general and help rid done from taking money from others desperately in need of medical help. Google 10 effective ways to file complaints and make this company know they cannot scam us any longer!
User's recommendation: Do not go if you have been effected follw me in bringing justice to those they have scammed.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: I want a full refund, apologize and provide prescription they promised countless times that I'd have in 15min.
