I received their bill via USPS on 10/08/2022. Its not my fault or problem as to how long they sit on a bill before sending it.

And it doesnt give them the right to call me today demanding payment. When confronted they tried claiming that they were just making sure that I received the bill, and when my husband spoke to a supervisor they tried claiming that they were making sure that my doctor submitted the bill. So, I had my husband contact my doctor and let her know of DJOs aggressive billing harassment and practices. Perhaps shell reconsider using them in the future.

Yes, we paid the bill early. And regardless of the bill being only $8.45 its the principal of the fact concerning their aggressive billing tactics. They picked a fine time to harass me especially when I cant verbally defend myself because I had a tonsillectomy last Monday. And I have no voice and my husband has had to be my voice.

One thing is proven DJO is never sorry for anything. I did block their number for the future and advised them that if they ever harass me again that Ill call the police on them and Ill consider contacting Department of Immigration.

User's recommendation: Encourage Your Doctor to Use Somebody Else.

Monetary Loss: $8.

Preferred solution: They need to be closed down for their harassing billing tactics..
