The Client's basket is empty. Direct2florist provides a means for the public to securely order direct from florists throughout the world. Direct2florist charges The Customer's debit/credit card a service fee and the flower value stated on each order. The service fee is retained by Direct2florist and provides their income for operating the service. Direct2florist transmits the flower value to the delivering florist on behalf of customer. In the event of The Customer's chosen florist being unable to complete The Client's order, at The User's request Website can arrange delivery by an alternative florist in the area to the same details, specification and price. In the event of a complaint Direct2florist will act on behalf of the customer to find a mutually acceptable resolution. Customers must lodge a complaint within 7 days of delivery. Following this period of time there can be no expectation of a refund or re-delivery.

The Client's basket is empty. In the event the florist currently does not have stock of the flowers The Client of Direct To Florist have chosen, then the florist may substitute. The florist will be sure to create a beautiful bouquet or floral arrangement to the same value, but the florist may change flowers and include different colours, but they will be sure to match the style & design of The User's chosen gift. In the event The Client of Direct To Florist have ordered a specific item like a dozen red roses for example, or a bouquet of sunflowers. Then either the florist or Direct2florist will advise the customer that the requested flowers are currently not available, a substitute will be offered or else soonest delivery date will be offered. Direct2florist offers same day flower delivery with a proviso for AM or PM delivery. Please be aware timed deliveries can be requested but cannot be promised.
