I booked a non-refundable ferry ticket from Dover to Calais on 3/06/2021. The day before my departure, I received a text from the ferry company that I must be there one hour before.
On 3/06/2021 I was there two hours before the sailing.
Due to the Covid-19 situation, I was NOT allowed to travel out of the UK. I supposed to move some goods, because I'm moving my house.
Unfortunately, I was NOT allowed to leave UK borders.
I tried to amend my booking with no success.
I tried to call customer service -no answer at all, no response.
Not only that, but I wrote emails and emails and no help.
The whole situation was NOT my fault.
I'm still trying to find a way to have my money back or a chance to rebook the sailing for next month.
Worst experience ever.
I'm very disappointed, and I don't recommend this company.
No RELIABLE company,
