I have filed 3 disputes with direct express since July 2 2016 when my card was used in CA. in 3 different cities within 5 minutes taking my whole SS check today I sent the 3rd dispute they say they haven't received the others but I did track the second one with the post office and they did receive it but deny deny deny.

I have been disconnected, (hung up on ) 5 times put on hold waited on the phone for 59 minutes just to be transferred and yes Disconnected again !

Today 8/1/2016 I called again waited to speak to some one for 48 minutes only to be told hey I don't see your dispute papers are you sure you sent them I said you I expressed mailed them so I could have verification you all got them she stated well I'm not there in Texas and your dispute papers are there she told me to send them again I sent another dispute this morning with a copy of the tracking to their P.O. Box of the 2nd one I sent them I didn't track the first one didn't know it would be this hard to resolve this I truly have had a very hard month with no income and no one to help but the food pantry which isn't much at all Please if you can help I would be very greatful.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
