I can't believe I was *** enough to go with Dex Media again!!! Oh how soon I forget!

Customer service is lousy! I keep getting a monthly bill for an ad I did not even agree to!!! Try to fix this problem? Lots of luck.

NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TALK TO YOU!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I am on the phone for hours waiting to talk to someone to take care of this mess when I should be running my business. I can understand why I cannot get through though...

probably more businesses who cannot get any satisfaction. When I think of Dex Media I think of lies.

poor customer service. Extremely frustrating!!!!!!
