First mistake was buying a Maytag appliance I purchased a new set of Maytag commercial laundry machines in December 2020, 3 weeks ago the new washer stopped agitating I went online and booked my service appointment since the item is covered under the first year of the 10 year limited warranty the service company had the soonest appointment two weeks out I got my service date for Friday the 13th of August on Thursday evening someone from the service company called my phone and left a message that there will be unable to make my appointment on Friday afternoon instead they rescheduled it for Monday morning without even asking me if I was available I called them to let them know this there response was I would have to make a new appointment that will be 2 weeks out. I contacted whirlpool explained the situation I was told they would get back to me they did not now I wonder what's going to happen if their servicemen comes out Monday morning I will not be here I wonder what I should do leave the machine outside for him to service what I should do
User's recommendation: Avoid whirlpool Maytag products.
