My son has been attending Dental Dreams since he was 4 years old and he is now 7 years old. I had a schedule appointment for my son on 11/1/2016.
I arrived on time to find out the staff did not take the proper responsibility in checking my insurance the day before which is extremely unexceptionable for an organization stand point.
I was then told due to the lack of short staff my insurance was not checked so my son could not be seen today along with I need to reschedule my appointment which my son is overdue for due to lack of no contact from Dental Dreams. This is extremely frustrating coming from a healthcare profession knowing the rules and regulations in order to maintain proper patient care.
