How can I get my refund.long story dentist wanted to to do a bridge after I had to pull a tooth, I wanted an implant instead. Was charged $4200.00 they owe me $2,700.00, have called them many times.

they have been giving me more excuses. It happened in April and they still haven't done anything, I don't know who else to ask for help.
