On November 25th, I went to Delta Sonic to get a car wash and an interior cleaning. I went through the car wash and then gave them the vehicle to do the interior cleaning.

When they finished the interior cleaning, I noticed the outside of the car was still dirty. They had me run the car through the car wash a 2nd time. After going through the 2nd time and while getting the car towel dried, I noticed what looked like a thread on the front passenger window. I got out of the vehicle and walked around to the passenger side and discovered that it was not a thread, but was actually a large scratch.

As it turned out, there were several scratches on the window. The scratches are on the inside of the window and were not there before the interior cleaning was done. I immediately called for a manager to come over. He took pictures of the scratches and we filed a claim.

I was told that Customer Service would contact me in 3-5 business days. After waiting a couple days, I called Customer Service and was told that a letter had been mailed to me. In the letter were 2 coupons for an Interior Cleaning and a denial of responsibility. As I found this unacceptable, I called back and was asked to meet with the interior manager at the location I received the cleaning on the following Saturday (12/3).

I met with the manager and he confirmed the damage and told me he would make notes about the damage and refer that information to the claims department. On 12/9, having not heard anything, I called Customer Service again and was told they were finalizing my claim and would receive something in the mail shortly. On my arrival home on 12/9, I found another letter from Delta Sonic, reaffirming their belief they are not responsible for the damage and offering me a book of Super Kiss tickets of a certificate for services in their Detail Shop. I called Customer Service and asked for a Manager.

The person who answered claimed to be a manager, I asked for an explanation of their findings and how they were not responsible. As someone who knows what Customer Service is supposed to be, Delta Sonic's approach to Customer Service is shameful. I was never called on the phone to discuss my claim and all communication initiated by Delta Sonic was in the form of a letter.

The have a call center for Customer Service that is basically useless and will not allow you to talk to anyone about your claim. Customer Service is a Conversation and deserves more than a letter in the US Mail from an anonymous entity.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Preferred solution: Take responsibility and repair the damages.

My friend took his 2007 tahoe truck to the car wash and shortly after he was driving the truck it started smoking and making loud noises , it cost him 300 to fix two weeks later he went back for another car wash and this time something different happened his truck started shaking, smoking and jerking right after he left the car wash I need to know where he can file a claim the car now has broke down and it will cost more. 1000 dollars this delta sonic need to be investigating people cars are being damaged because their negligence
