The worst product/customer service experience I've had since the front wheel fell off my Fiat.Laptop is 9 months old.

It worked properly for 6. I've spent the remaining 3 months haggling on the phone, continually downloading the same operating program, being told to "be quiet and do what I tell you to do" by a clueless Indian customer "service" agent, doing the same "diagnostics over & over, sending it in for repairs twice only to have it returned in worse condition both times. Just received a "refurbished" replacement which started crackling like a Geiger counter the first time I turned it on.

Does anyone bother to check their work before shipping it?I get the sense that they just try to grind you down until you give up and walk away.

Overall Dell is know to have a good customer service by off late things have been changing and a lot of negativity is surrounding their customer service and order experience that they provide
