BEWARE, BEWARE....When ordering "FREE" samples from this company. They not only will send you more product, charged to your CC, unsolicited, but also will sign you up for various programs and services, that also appear on your CC.

In my case it was 2 separate weight loss programs.

The charges are minimal ($3.24 & $7.17) so many may not notice, but they are RECURRING fees. And if they get enough people to "buy" this, that could be a considerable amount of unearned money....what a scandal....what a scam!

This is something the FCC should regulate and stop!

I made a claim and would love to take these *** to court.

It actually made me overdraft on my account. Im so pissed off right now i feel like kicking there ***.

They are no better than someone who robs you with a knife. Im livid.

Even though they refund your money, in my case I cancelled and shipped product back and they still used my money for 3 months and I also saw a foreign transfer fee stuck up my *** !!! I would like to sue the scam artists extraordinaire!!!

Guest

I just lost several hundreds of dollars for a sample I ordered out of boredom. A few unattentioned months later I found out I am paying over 100$ per month for a program I did not even receive products for... wishing Dazzle scam all they deserve!

Just wanted to post my update on dealing with these scammers. YES!!!

They absolutely DO sign you up for other "Risk Free Trials". It amazes me how all of us being adults were taken in by it!! Anyway, the same day my M/C was charged the $93.00, I called these people. I truly had no idea WTF they were talkin about!!

Finally, it sunk it, I was ripped off. Same day I withdrew all my money out of my M/C debit, and got a new #. (another 13 bucks), but today, 6 business days later, the money is back into my account.

So, they actually refunded my money, and now none of these scammers have my credit card # to help themselves to. Good Luck to you all!!!

Guest

I failed to mention that these people are the rudest people you will every deal with. I can't believe a person would want to work in that type of atmosphere. It's mind boggling!!

Guest

This company is a SCAM. Do not buy!!!! They will charge your credit card all day long when you just order a sample!!!!

Guest

I dont know why the date shows up as 1/12/09, but I am posting this on Dec 1, 09, and that Michael person is 100% full of it!! These poeple are not willing to even be civilized to you let alone "work" with you!!!

The lady I spoke to blasted me and told me this is the way it is, like it or not, and then hung up on me!! For sure...CXL your credit card and get a new # b4 they really take ya for a ride.

Michael, you and your group of scammers ~~ have a lovely x-mas while y'all rippin people off to pay for your own luxeries. In other words KMA, y'all wont get a *** dime outta my money, your *** don't work anyway, and I'll be searching all over te internet to find anything that has to do with your toothpaste crayon, and blast it wherever I can!

Guest

YES!!! Definately a scam!!!

I ordered the "free no risk trial offer" and just paid for the S & H, which was minimal, I received a small amount of a what looked like a baking soda/peroxide looking solution to draw on my teeth like a crayon. Since my only income is disability, I really can't afford a whole lot more to whiten my teeth. OMG!!! This is Dec 1st, and I called to check the balance on my Mastercard (where my disability check goes to) and these scam artists wanted me to not only pay for the "free trial ~ $46.00, but also the next month ~ $46.00 again) I'm like these people are out of there minds!!

I called them and told them I will not pay that amount for that puny amount of tooth whitener, and they told me they are taking it out of my M/C cause I apparently didn't read the "fine print". So, what I had to do was withdraw (today) every penny out of my M/C before Friday, when they were going to help themselves to my money, and get another M/C reissued to me to make that one non exisitant. These folks are rude, major scam artists, and in some demented way think they are entitled to your money whether you want to continue the product or not. Dont even bother trying to call them..you will get nowhere but pissed off.

Let your credit card company help ya out of this one!!

Please don't even try this product!!! You could get stuff at Walmart that would make your teeth white!!

I hope everyone is aware that these same scamsters are also operating using the Premium White brand name. Probably a thousand others too.

If anyone in the US wants to take them to court, just advertise it on the web - I'm sure there are a lot of consumers who would willingly contribute to the court fees just to see the ********s locked up

If so many people weren't being ripped off it would be one thing, plus there doesn't seem to be ANY customer satisfation. YOU are a TOTAL AH!

YOu most likely are part to of this RIP OFF RING... not sure how these people get up and feel good about this at all.

Guest

This is a total scam and should be a law against this type of practice. Cancel your card immediately or you will see all kinds of charges. Don't fall for this scam!

Guest

Clearly these unethical scam artists are posting on this board. Trying to bully you by calling you an "***", and make you take the blame because they think it is fair to "outsmart" you. There is a special *** for these people. In the meantime.....

The fine print on the order page, only comes up AFTER you submit your order, and then it disappers in a few seconds, before you have a chance to read it.

The list of unrealted products you are signed up for is staggering.

If you do manage to get through to one of their phone lines (I had to call at 5 AM), you will find you have to call all of the other "product" cancellation numbers separately, and be sure to get a cancellation number, tracking number and insurance on returned portion.

Cancel your credit card immediately and get a new one.

These are crooks and pirates. They are trying to dance around loopholes, and they don't care about their reputation.

They are going to make their wad of money and then move on to the next scam.

I also fell for this scam or a similar one, two different charges of ร‚ยฃ81.37 and ร‚ยฃ54.47 were taken from my account without me knowing - obviously I should have read the small print but it all seemed very convincing and had been advertised on sites I thought to be trustworthy. This scam also got me even before receiving any product as it said the it was something like under ร‚ยฃ5 but had not included p&p - so was actually around ร‚ยฃ15 in the end.

I have now rang up the companies - which have subsequently turned out to be part of the same thing and got them to cancel my accounts, they have said when I do receive my unwanted packages to send them back with a code for a full refund - I only hope this works as I just want to be rid of the wretched company. If you're in the UK and looking for the number try 0808120**** - they obviously rip you off here as well though by letting you wait at least 6/7 minutes on hold listening to some frustrating music on loop. It really does go to show that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMS !!!!!! I just wish I'd seen this site first!

I tried to cancel the product immediately after placing the order and was told by the switchboard operators that it could not be canceled because "they had no contact information for their shipping department." I spoke with three alleged "higher ups" and was told the same thing.

Rather than waiting to get charged repeatedly, I went to my bank and canceled my debit card, changing account numbers. Now Dazzle Smile has arrived, and surprisingly works.

That being said, there is no way I am willing to give money to these *** artists.

Instead I am keeping my trial and safe in the knowledge that they have no billing information for me. Take that, Dazzle Smile!

Be aware what you order. They will subscribe you for tons of other promotion products with your order - thanks for automatic subscriptions.

And, will charge you crazy. I initially canceled two different memberships I never knew about and thought I did cancel them all since I asked to do. But, guess what? I was charged again with $87.62 for the trial.

One small stick of whitening cost you nearly $90!!!! When I called again, now they told me that I have to return the trial to them for my money back. I sent it back three days ago, and waiting for their refund.

I will ask my credit card company to charge it back next week. Wanna put yourself in a trouble, order it.

We are all dealing with evil, psychotic criminals who KNOW that this is a SCAM, and they could not care less that they are getting rich off of the suffering their slight-of-hand marketing practices are causing. Any person defending these lowlife thieves is either complicit in the offense or just plain ***! No ethical organization in existence KNOWINGLY rips off their customers and then pours on the abuse once they have their prey trapped.

These vile creatures that work for Smile Brite and Dazzle White are despicable and would steal money from their own mothers. To assume that they would have an ounce of compassion for any of their victims is to think that a lion looks upon a gazelle as anything other than lunch.

Their lawyers may have made their crimes legal, but legal is not a virtuous measure of right and wrong.

Guest

Unbelieveable. I got sucked in by the free trail offer for just $1.95 shippng.

I got the product, then decided i wanted to cancel after realizing the monthly charge would be $87.62. They gave me a cancellation number and everything. I returened teh item and a couple of days later saw the charge for $87.62. I called the number listed on my bank statement (I used a debit card) and the number is not in service.

The number I called to make the cancellation rings without an answer. I am now in the process of cancelling my debit card adn filing some dispute paperwork.
