To be eligible for a return The Client's item must be unused and in factory condition. Returns must be done within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any embroidered or customized products are non returnable. All returns are subject to manufacture approval. Returns will not be accepted because of perceived color difference due to the display settings of The Client's computer monitor. The Customer will be responsible for any of the shipping cost associated in returning The Client's item. Shipping charges on any order are non refundable. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund The User of company services should receive. Dash Designs proudly stands behind all of its products.
