Dallas Park West Hotel - Report

FIRST OFF WHEN WE PULLED UP I GOT SO MANY NEGATIVE VIBES FROM THE FACILITY. TRIED CALLING THE PROPERTY ACROSS THE STREET BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE.

I GOT CROWN PLAZA/KENNEKA JENKINS VIBES FROM THIS HOTEL.(GOOGLE IT IF YOU AREN'T AWARE) IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD. LAST WEEKEND WE STAYED AT THE FACILITY AND OUR VEHICLE WAS VANDALIZED IN THE GARAGE PARKING LOT. Our catalytic converter was stolen off of our $40,000 vehicle. There was another guest with an expensive Jeep PARKED IN THE FRONT, that had there's stolen as well.

FRONT DESK TOLD US WE COULD PARK ANYWHERE ON THE THE FACILITY, INCLUDING VALET.(ANOTHER RED FLAG) There's NO VISIBLE SECURITY IN THE PARKING LOT'S OR ON THE PROPERTY. Judith Cunningham told this happened the week before to someone else. (IT'S CLEAR THEY HAVE A PROBLEM, AND THEY SIGNS ARE THERE TO PROTECT THEM AND NOT THEIR GUEST) WHICH IS DANGEROUS BECAUSE IF A THIEF KEEPS GETTING AWAY WITH SOMETHING, USUALLY THE CRIME ESCALATE. WHAT WILL YOU DO

Randolph WHEN YOU HAVE BLOOD IN YOUR PARKING LOT???!!! WILL YOU HIDE BEHIND YOUR SIGNS AND INSURANCE COMPANY FOR THEM TO TELL SOMEONE YOU'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE??!!!

SHE told us that the situation would be rectified with the GM CORY RANDOLPH. When we spoke to Cory on Monday he said that his insurance company would be contacting us within 24 hours. 48 hours later we receive a call saying they're not responsible because they have a sign in the garage stating their not responsible for stolen property or damaged vehicles.

She also mentioned they just had another one stolen at their property last night. My truck has $2500.00 Worth of damage. And your not responsible for a guest parking in the only parking you have available for available for your guest. So, if someone would have walked up on me and robbed me then blew my brains out.

No one is responsible in a parking lot you DON'T HAVE SECURITY FOR.

NOT TO MENTION THE ROOMS SMELT STALE, AND WERE OUTDATED. OUR FRIENDS SINK DIDN'T DRAIN IN THEIR BATHROOM.

PEOPLE FIND A SAFER PLACE TO BOOK. THERE'S TOO MUCH LIABILITY STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY!
