brownie mountain sundae ice cream lover disappointed.

this has been my favorite flavor for months - chocolate with rich dark brown chewy chocolate brownie chunks... but this last carton I purchased has dried crumbly chunks -light brown in color, dry and almost mealy - not at all the dark chewy chunks I love.

The bottom of carton info - sell by 12-07-2020, PLT #06-153 07:54. would you consider replacing the carton for me?
