Horrible horrible customer care, after waiting on the phone for one hour and 45 minutes to speak to a representative, we had to cancel our cruise 4 months in advance. The online cancellation policy information states : $100.00 per person and a $24.99 processing fee.
she informed me our cruise was under (penalty) whatever that means and said they will be keeping all of our deposit $800.00
i will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
