Agents look out for themselves and not the customer. Wasn't informed of additional bonuses/perks that would've saved additional $ and only the reps can view and access.

The rep I inquired to attempted to again mis-inform me that the cruise lines sends out notifications of additional discounts, which they do not (specifically MSC in this case). The reservation/booking was made thru Cruises Only, so why would the cruise line notify the customer directly?Though the discount (5+5 Voyage) was confirmed, valid and has been in place, they refused to honor or compensate, due to the fact that I had already paid off the cruise (after my own attempts to seek additional savings/bonuses) several weeks earlier that the final payment due date.

Cruises only guarantee is "bullshit" and obviously doesn't apply when attempting to deceive and rack in extra profit. Will not do business w/ them again!
