I havent had my cricut a month and im so over the *** with the slow-moving, lagging, not uploading, shockwaze running bs. ive spent almost 4 tonight trying to get one file to upload.

either the file is to complex or when it does upload it wont show in the ds or flash plugin its not responding ect ect ect.... im so over the cricut fever you would think before they launched a new software they would take the time to make it worked properly. this isnt the first problem ive had with them either when i ordered the cricut i chose to pay an extra 50$ for 2 day air shipping it took 5 day to receive the machine.. when i called them about it they told me (very rudely) i should have earlier in the week and it takes them 2-3 day to processes the order before it ships.

excuse me but if im paying 50$ extra for shipping you need to have a cut the *** express line and have my stuff shipping within 12 hrs end of discussion.

oh and it doesnt state anywhere on their page at checkout processing time or any other time frame for that matter..... #cutthecrapcricut

I have the exact same story as you - paid $50 for overnight shipping (keyword: OVERNIGHT) and I got it 5 days later with no refund on the extra shipping costs. Don't even get me started on the design space - HORRIBLE.
