If you are more than 1 day past your due date, CALL these people! They repossessed my car while I was at the doctor's office with a sick child.

My payment was 12 days past the due date. They told me they had not heard from me, so they took the car. I had to make a payment and a $250 repo fee. According the the rep on the phone, they have alot of high risk customers and many just walk away from the vechicle.

PLEASE keep in touch with them. Autopay through the bank is the safest payment method with these vultures!

I PAID ALL BUT 57.61 ON A PAYMENT AND THEY REPOSSESSED MY CAR HAD TO PAY 770.00 TO GET IT BACK THE INTEREST ON THE CARS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. GOING TO SEEK A LAWYER AND SEE IF I CAN GET OUT OF THIS LOAN I WOULD NOT REFER THEM TO ANYONE

Hmmm, I paid my payment on time for a year and the balance was higher than the purchase price even with trading in my magnum. And it sat in my driveway not driveable.

The second one, the never set up the auto pay, yet cashed my checks and claimed they didn't have my info....never transferred plate info...when they repoed both...the plates were registered to a vw in another name....8 months later..now....someone screwed up here.

I put huge downpayments. They are trying to sue me for crazy money plus full interest...they sold one in less that 2 weeks for 200 bucks at an auction...the other for 3k and they want want roughly 25k plus out of me......lmao...we are doing battle in court....We did these loans fresh out of bankruptcy and were not told that they were not traditional lenders or we never would have gone that rout.

They are predators

The only thing that sucks is your credit,if you are a credit acceptance customer. In other words your credit so low that no RePUTABLE dealer or finance company will finance you.

They are aggressive at repo because you are a HIGH RISK CUSTOMER; You know, from all the other times in the past you've failed to meet your financial obligations. They're not vultures, you just suck at Life.

Just remember they gave you a loan when no one else would due to your terrible credit.

Good to know that you're perfect Henry. Keep your snotty comments to yourself and your life. Bad credit can happen due to a death, a divorce or an sickness.

Here's what I would do. I would take my contract down there and show them the clause that said you could be late, after owing only $1000.00 before Christmas and not have your car taken.

I think you should start a class action lawsuit over this....

LOL...

it doesn't matter how much you owe on the not or if you're 1 minute late.

If you're late, they are going to come after your car.

That's what you agreed to when you got the car.

"shut down by the feds they are loansharks not a bank"

OK and then what will people like you do for a car note? Good thing the bus is running huh?

Cac is a tier 3 lender for high risk customers which requires a high down payment and usually the state max interest rate as high as 24%.....CAC is a great way to rebuild your credit, or establish credit....if you pay your bills on time or contact them to let them know your situation they usually won't repo. the vehicle.

If you duck and dodge them That's a different story, you are already a high risk client, that they gave opportunity to purchase a vehicle that most lenders wouldn't. They give you the benefit of the doubt, it's up to you how you handle it

This is not true.. I made my payments on time with auto pay..

I have receipts showing payments made. In September I was told they werenโ€™t receiving the payments. I sent them receipts and bank statements showing paid. They repossessed the car with that information and itโ€™s is still listed on my credit report and they keep adding charges.

The car was sold for more than was owed.. Guess who isnโ€™t acknowledging that either

Guest

Guess what? Any repo which happens is ONLY because the deadbeat failed to make their payments.

If you don't want to hear from their bill collectors or the repo man, do what you promised to do when you signed the contract...MAKE YOUR PAYMENT ON TIME! How damned obvious is that?

My Mom passed away and the vehicle was in her name. They gave me an incorrect email address to send my legal documentation regarding the death.

Emailed 12 days ago and heard nothing. Tow truck came in July 16, 2018 and took it back to the bank.

Iโ€™ve been trying to get ahold of someone in Corporate Headquarters. Brittany is the one that I dealt with.

Current Customer. Delaware.

I was called on Saturday 6 times at least from CA. I answered the phone and they told me payment was due the day before on the 26th. I told them I mailed my payment the 16th they told me to scan my check and I waz a day late and a dollar short. I told them it wasn't my fault they hadn't received my payment.

It was rude they way they talked and are still call 6 times a day or more. I told them to check there mail this is not my fault.
