My car got repoed and they tried to lie that I was 3 mths behind. After reviewing my bank statements they said I was 1 month an 2 days late.

They said my payments were due on the 8th of every month. But when I got my direct deposit set up with them, they made my payments on the 18th of every month. So that mistake was at their end not mine. But they still wouldn't explaine to me how my direct deposit dates got confused.

All they said it was my fault for putting the wrong dates in for my direct deposit. My car was then shut off and repoed, which I didn't know. They didn't call me, didn't write me a letter or send me an email to notify me I missed a payment. My car is repoed an now I have to pay $900 to get it bk.

Customer service is very rude an the supervisor never called me back. These people are evil an will do anything to take your money.

They are very unprofessional. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

wow I've been going thru this whole review and everytime a customer says anything a repo a certain review comment troll don't say nothin...pretty sure SHE work for the company.
