The warranty posted here Company's not apply to The Customer's product. Any changes to the warranty posted here will not affect The Customer's original warranty. The applicable warranty for The Client's product is included in The Customer's product documentations. Cozzia customer service will not issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for products. Cozzia products will be either repaired by the consumer or by an in-home technician. Cozzia will not issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for buyer's remorse. Consumers are required to provide the unit serial number and dated proof of purchase (sales receipt) when they contact the Cozzia service department regarding a repair. A Cozzia customer service representative will attend to most consumer inquiries, but in some cases a technical service specialist will provide advanced support.

A: Cozzia chairs can be purchased from Cozzia's' authorized dealers. A: Each of Company's Cozzia chairs has a unique warranty. Each individual warranty is listed on the chairs' product page. A: All of Company's Cozzia chairs can safely hold up to 300 LBS. A: Cozzia models are designed to fit anyone approximately 5'2" to 6'3" in height. However, the Cozzia Models CZ-628 and CZ-629 are designed with an extended length footrest and will accommodate users up to 6'5". Additionally, the footrest length is adjustable on the following models: CZ-328, CZ-388, EC-618, CZ-389, CZ-628, and CZ-629.
