I went to Cowboy Kia in Conroe, Texas looking to rebuild my life and credit after a horrible divorce. Kim was the salesperson assigned to help me.

They ran my credit and had me drive two different cars both of which I liked. After hook lining and sinking me, I was informed that I was not able to get those nice cars but only qualified for one, old, used car. I did not want it but they told me they were going to give me a great deal. Kim swore up and down that it was a good car.

Well maintained by the previous owner, etc etc etc. All lies! The car was a death trap. I got it off the lot and the air goes out.

There are horrible sounds coming from the car. I called and asked for the car to be looked at. The brakes had less than 10% left. Many issues with the car.

I got the car fixed and was told it was good now. Two days later, bam! Messed up. I took it back to find MORE issues.

The car was in terrible condition. The people at Cowboy Kia lied. This was is worth 3000 and so far has had 2800 worth of work. They told me that the knew these issues arose but the manager did not want to put the money into fixing the car.

He placed my families and my life is endanger all to sell this hunk of junk! I think this dealership is horrible. Kim is horrible. Stay clear of this place.

They do not care if you are imjuried or hurt as long as they sale a car.

Now I have to give the car back to the loan company because I can no longer afford to keep putting money into it. So now I will have a repo because of these crimmals.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey

Sounds to me like you're a "credit criminal" .. You had bad credit when you went in to them.

They were able to help you.

Then you let a car get repo'ed. PAY YOUR BILLS !!!
