I had a joint mortgage with you from about 1992-**** with my former partner I had a mental breakdown in 2002 where I in was allowed to sign my house over to my partner while I was in a psychiatric hospital. I was not of sound mind and I am being told to investigate this matter.

The names were Mr Paul Britton Mrs Phyllis Ryder 2 properties we bought in Binley Woods and moved to Rugby in 1998. Could you assist with this matter please as I’ve been in recovery for 21 years
