I'm very disappointed, I tried to call him many times, the phone rings, the robot answers and says it's closed, it doesn't matter if you call in the morning from 10 o'clock or after dinner, it's still the same, I'm still waiting for him to answer my email from last night from 4:30 p.m. no one answered me yet, I gave them information and they still haven't returned my money back, or to open my account so I can withdraw it

my card has been blocked for a week without any reason and no one gives me an explanation why and how I have money on my account and I can't do anything with my money neither transfer nor withdraw money and I sent a lot messages and no one notices why I thought at first that you were a serious company, but I see that I was deceived

I am very disappointed for this bank, I would not have the confidence to recommend anyone to open a business account with countingup because there is no phone number, all online banks have a customer service number and countingup does not have such a thing
