called consumer cellular customer service number [888]345-****,was directed to technical dept.I,Anthony Green cell phone#[978]595-**** asked tech. rep.

Gina from redmond about storage space on my sd card.I asked Gina what can i do if my phone reads sd card full?Gina told me[Anthony] that she could transfer my photos from my phones photo card to an outside server at Google G mail.I[Anthony] told Gina the consumer cellular tech that i was not good at operating cellphones and computers.Gina then told me if i[Anthony Green]followed the steps that she[Gina]told me to do everything would be o k and i[Anthony] would be able to free up space on my cellphones photo card by transferring all my photos and videos to this outside server in the Google G mail.I[Anthony Green went along with Gina and followed her instructions to open a G mail account in Google,transfer all my photos and videos from my cellphone to my new G mail account with Google.Gina assured me[Anthony Green] that all my personal photos and videos had transferred to the Google G mail server successfully without checking my new Google G mail on my computer.I[Anthony Green placed trust in Gina the consumer cellular tech. rep. to guide me[Anthony Green] truthfully to a successful finish,but while i was very unaware of the path Gina told me to follow,i trusted consumer cellulars tech dept.to guide me truthfully.I[Anthony Green] have lost all my photos and videos from my consumer cellular purchased cellphone after Gina[tech rep.] for consumer cellular told me to follow her instructions to delete all my photos and videos and this action would free up my cellphone photo/video card to accept new photos and videos,but before i did this i[Anthony Green] asked Gina if all my photos and videos are properly stored? Gina told me everything should be o k i[Gina] want you [Anthony Green] to follow my instructions on how to totally delete the photos and videos so that we can free up the space you asked for.I[Anthony Green]followed Gina's instructions and deleted my photo's and videos from my cellphone.Gina then told me to take a picture to see if the delete made space for new photos/videos.

This part of the instructions worked.

Gina then instructed me to sign in on my computer to my new Google G mail account.I[Anthony Green] signed in on my computer to my new Google G mail account where my photos/videos from my consumer cellphone were supposed to have transferred per Gina's instructions. I[Anthony Green] now as of contact date 3/20/2015, approx:time 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm i[Anthony Green] have lost all my photo's approx:780 photos and 6 to 8 videos.I[Anthony Green] was misguided by consumer cellulars technical department causing a major catastrophy in my personal life.I[Anthony Green]called the computer geek squad and asked them if there was any way to recover the photos/videos from this delete of entire s d cards contents.The geek squad responded by saying there was no way that they know of on how to recover deleted contents of s d card,they then said why didn't consumer cellular instruct you[Anthony Green] to take the old s d card that was full out of cellphone and download photo's/videos onto a disk, purchase new s d card and install new s d card in phone to start taking new photo's /videos all over again until s d card is full and repeat if need to.Very simple instructions from geek squad but to late for me[Anthony Green]consumer cellular tech dept caused me to lose all my personal photo's/videos based on Gina[tech rep for consumer cellular]to guide me into a highly complicated,highly error possible instructions causing me[Anthony Green]emotional trauma and very personal loss.I[Anthony Green]completely regret ever doing business with consumer cellular and will discontinue my business relationship as soon as possible.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Yeah, most of these people telling you this information is in between 18 to 30 years of age. They just make up something.

I went to Boost Mobile yesterday to get a smart phone hooked up and this phone was only about 5 months old. The guy at that company said that this phone was out of day. My niece had given it to me this week and her fiance brought her an I love you better smart phone. They made me feel really bad and I left without getting the smart phone cut on.

I ask ed a girl another employee what phone is closest relates to the Samsung S 6 and she showed me some cheaper smart phone. Then I asked the guy the same question and he said none compare to the Samsung S 6 at all. I told him that the girl had lied and all she had to do is tell the truth... I;m the type of person that really can't be convinced right away...

You go into the department store and they can't count they don't give you your receipt or change back... The cash checkers don't count out the money down to the last penny. They just put it in your hand or on the counter... Nobody has on a name tag at the bank, or anywhere else.

Customer Service is the thing of the past. The doctor's just walk up and ask what is wrong. In the past they would shake your hand and enterduce them selves and build a relationship first.

Now your in and out in 10 minutes or less.... No nurses in the room with you at all, so you can feel save with pap smears and all.

I am not new to consumer cellular I switched to them because my old provider had to many machine's & the wait for a person was to long, also I needed an outside phone line, so I got the Doro which was a very good phone but so small I kept losing it in my purse.

I got a smart phone which once I get used to it should be fine but the service from agents seems to have gone down hill since I got this phone, I have had phone for 4 days & already I got a usage alert on my phone I have not really been able to use I have had to call repeatedly gone throw machine long hold times, tried the call back service only to be not called back, finally reached agent Tim who apologized & said he would send me manual via e mail I wanted to be sure I got it but he had to take another call & I could not access E mail called back went thru more machines finally reached agent who just added a plan with more mins. The books that came with phone had no helpful options, I do think that once I get used to phone I will be happy with it but if not within the 50 days I will send this phone back & a things I have had to buy for it,keep my little DORO & buy a new purse send the smart phone back.

Truthfully my old company with all of their machines are beginning to not look so bad at less when I did reach a person problem was solved with that 1 call I have been on phone with C.C.

the better part of the 4 days I have had phone & still do not even have #'s from my old phone transferred with out doing to GEEK SQUAD more money. I am not happy at all & I was for quite a while with my old phone, service has really changed they were VERY good in past is why I had no qualms about buying phone
