I ordered some dog boots about a month ago. When nothing arrived, I tracked the order online and noticed it had been returned to the sender.
I emailed Conscious Pets to ask why, and in response they asked for my correct address. I sent it to them and then got an email saying that they could not resend or refund the order because I had sent the wrong address. Here’s the thing...IT WASN’T WRONG! Our condo number was placed on the line below the street address on the order page.
So why did they ask me to send the “correct” address? Don’t order from this company.
