I purchased a ball launcher from Consciouspets.com. I plugged it into the wall and it would not even turn on.

When I emailed them to let them know I wanted a refund because it is obvious this is a low quality item, they said no refunds AND they need a video of the product not working! This is a laugh, because it will be a video of the product sitting there. When I responded that I just wanted to return the item, they insisted on a video so they could “evaluate”. In this day and age, customer service is so important, why would they want to make it difficult for a potentially good customer?

This item, which costs a whopping $79! This is bad business practice.

They don’t even tell you how to return the item so that you can get one that works! If they don’t survive, bad customer service is why.
