I ordered a product from this company in June and have sent several emails in July and August. regarding never receiving my order.
The last being sent September 7. I was told the order was lost. Every email response is the same... "they are processing my refund." It is now September and still no refund.
Do not order a thing from this company! I have read several complaints the same thing has happened. Customer service is horrible. I understand orders get lost but rectify the problem asap to avoid getting all the complaints you are getting.
How many individuals are going through this same problem.
I have noticed several who have addressed the same complaints. You should not be allowed to continue selling anything until this is rectified.
