Going through my bank statement yesterday, I saw that £15 have been taken from my account to COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK 0800389**** I wasn't aware what company are they, so after searching for their name, I came up to conclusion to call their customer support phone number 0800389****. At first, the guy was polite, asking me do I want to cancel my subscrition. How can you ask me such a question, because you have taken my money without my authorisation. I want my £15 back, and for sure to cancel my subscription, because I have never agreed to give you money at first time. They canceled my subscription, but didn't get my money back.Had to go through my bank to make a dispute, and finally today I got my money back.

the same thing happened to me - apparently, it was from Luton Airport Parking who wanted to give me £16 cashback for future visits to the car park and then this bunch take £15 a month..? No email, ref no on bank statements, no idea what this is all about. Called them and they said they would refund in 3 hours.

Hi , it happened me also , I didn’t join but they took 3 months £45 out of my account without my consent . How can that get away with this

Guest

I have just checked my bank account and have discovered that £15.00 was taken out this week and paid to Completesave . I tried to phone them and had the phone hang up on me.

I have phoned my bank and it has been reported as fraud. Hopefully some day I will get my money back!

I too discovered payments being taken. My bank said they would block further payments, but that I would need to contact Completesave for a refund.

When I called, they said I had "joined" after making an Argos purchase. This was an in-store purchase.

They said they did not give me the initial reward because I had not provided them with my bank details (yet they had my bank details to take 15 pounds per month - presumably because Argos authorised them to have my bank details which were given solely for the use of Argos) I told them I did not give Comletesave my bank details because I did not want to do business with them.

They offered to pay me back 15 pounds. I said firmly that I wanted all four of the payments refunded.

He said they would refund all payments to my bank and my Completesave would be closed. We'll see!

I have also received a similar amount debited to my current bank account. The telephone number is exactly the same one, i.e.

0800389****. Like you I have never had a subscription and don't even know what company it is. On my statement it shows as INT'L and a number ending in153. I presume that INT'L means International.

But what is WLY*COMPLETESAVE.C and what is it that I am supposed to be saving?

How am I supposed to claim my £15 back or even cancel a non-existent subscription without an account number, etc. Any help, please.
