Pissed Consumer didn't do sqot. The number you provided did nothing except direct me to Coco's website, which is a joke.
Coco's and related companies do not have a customer service department.

Ordered almost $75 in food online. 2 of the items were the Asian chicken salad which had very little dressing on it and was mostly dry lettuce. We asked for more and they said no because they had very like dressing left. Also bought a strawberry pie and when we got home there was no whipped cream on it. I called the restaurant and complained and they said “Oh, you have to request the whipped cream”. It was boxed up with tape and had no way of knowing it had no whipped cream. The manager said he couldn’t do anything about it, you will have to call Customer Service. When I asked for the phone number he said he didn’t know the number and that I needed to look it up. When I googled the number nobody would answer. I lost a very much needed $75 and I am very pissed!! This was Coco’s in Sun City, AZ.
