My wife and I bought a 2016 Coachmen Mirada 35KB in November 2015. After only 9 nights of sleeping on the so called king mattress it feels like it is coming apart on the inside.

It has ridges and bumps in it and I am very disappointed. We were told by a Coachmen rep. at the RV show in Raleigh NC to contact the factory for help. The factory said the only thing they would do is send us the very same thing they put in out coach to start with since it is a special made odd size.

We tried to get them to agree to pay the shipping on a new custom made mattress but they refused and the person my wife was talking to hung up on her. Needless to say we are not happy campers with Coachmen at this time.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Want help getting a new custom made mattress to us..

I just bought a 2016 Mirada 35ls. I have issues with the dealer who took 5 days to get my RV checked out and ready to go, and when I took it home I found they had done nothing.

Long story short, have you contacted Nate Hedges at Forrest River?

He is THE man over all the class A motorhomes and he CARES about you.

Got to the Forrest River site and search him out. You will leave a message and you need your VIN # so he knows exactly what unit he is working on
