Coach - Repair Review from Southborough, Massachusetts
3 comments
I have been purchasing coach for at least 25 years. I will not be purchasing coach any more because of the change in the repair policy.
I just had a pocketbook repaired after 3 years and it cost me $150. The free repairs were important to me.
I do not get the current value. It was the trim.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.

I agree I took 2 purses in yesterday and was shocked when I was told it would cost $75 for one issue and another $35 for the other on the same purse. The other was also going to be $75.
I asked when this changed and the sales lady told me August. I only purchased such an expensive purse because they always made repairs and all I ever paid was the shipping. If they couldn't make the repair they would offer compensation toward a new purchase.
I was very disappointed and will not purchase another Coach product unless they go back to their previous policy. Very disappointed!!
I absolutely agree!!
i agree i'm about to write a letter. i just found out that i have to pay for a minor repair in the strap on my large edie bag..i was quoted $75!!!
and the kicker is..if you take it somewhere else to get repaired outside of coach it voids the warranty/they will not be able to do any work on it EVER!!! these "new" changes are for the birds
