I'm ADA and I went in to change my seating I was met be Shawn. I asked him if there were any handicapped seats available. He ignored me and started talking to my friend that was with me. He would either ignore my question or look at my friend when answering that. After about 20 minutes or so he had a wheelchair brought to me and took me too my section. 525 row 18 seat 8. On the way we went through a area that was closed in , I asked can I use one of these tables. He said no they were for high in guest only. then when we got to the section he said you have to get out of the chair and I ended up standing on the concourse till I got sick and was taken to medical. Security and medical were great. I came in from Las Vegas. For this game. I've been to many stadiums and arena's and also worked as a usher for over 20 years. I have never had someone disrespect me like I wasn't even there. We spent good money on our tickets. 337.28 vivid tickets. I spoke to a girl a month ago that said she would talk to her boss and somebody would contact me. After a month I tried the number and a message said that that number no longer was in service. The number you gave me was the front office, the phone rang for almost one hour. The guy that answered said there wasn’t many people answering phones because it was the bye week but he would resolve my issue Monday morning. I received a call that the problem was resolved on
Monday. Tuesday they said my money would be refunded. It was in my account on Wednesday. Thanks
