After a year of having my implants finished and paid the substantial amount to Clear Choice, i had a broken toth.
I had my implants finished just a year ago. I was told that they were made out of the strongest materials, titanium and more.
I was also told that they would last FOREVER ???. The reality, that was a lie. I had a broken tooth in less than a year. I am very disappointed with the service after the job was completed.
First, they decided to eliminate the cleaning service from the center. In addition, the doctor who I had seen decided to separate from the company and start his own practice. I was transferred automatically to his new practice without asking me. I went there for a cleaning and it resulted in an overpriced service.
My broken tooth happened in a Friday around noon. I called the office to get the tooth repaired, but the office was closed. (A service answer the call just to let me know that I was going to be contacted next Monday when the office is open. When I contracted the procedure with Clear Choice I was told that in the event something happened at any time I could go to ANY center in the United States to get the problem solved.
It is not true, the fact is that I needed to go exactly to the office where I did the implants. (Office closed from Friday until Monday). The end of the story: STAY AWAY FROM CLEAR CHOICE!!! Two basic things: One, materials used are not at the quality they say.
Second, the service is very poor and not as they claim to have.
I think the price is not worth it. SEARCH FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER THAT OFFERS A GUARANTY FOR AT LEAST 10 years!!!

Clear Choice Cons: Customer service, Quality of workmanship, Customer service and workmanship.
