Classic Harbor Line Terms of Service
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because The Client's space is being guaranteed at the event. Most activities run regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a refund. In order to secure a boat privately, The Client of Classic Harbor Line must privately charter the vessel. There is no smoking aboard Company's vessels. The Customer are not permitted to bring The User's own alcohol aboard Classic Harbor Line's' vessels. If The Client arrive late for The User's departure and miss the boat The Customer's ticket cannot be refunded. Boarding may be denied if The User of Website arrive visibly intoxicated. If The User of Website are found in possession of illegal drugs while on board Classic Harbor Line's' vessel the drugs will be confiscated and The Client will be handed over to the Coast Guard or Harbor Police.

It is uncommon for Classic Harbor Line's' guests to experience sea sickness, though those who are prone to it are advised to consider preventative measures of their choosing. Seating styles vary across the fleet. On all boats there is outdoor seating available. On the motor boats, indoor seating in covered areas is also available.
