I had went to Claire's today when I got off work I purchase something that came up to almost $20 I only had $100 bill and she told me she could not break it she had no money to break it but if you're the manager shouldn't you have money put in a safe somewhere so you can break your customers bill for them and I told her I said well I'll just go somewhere else and by that then if she says okay thank you I am not happy that was very poor customer service and this was Claire's at West Park Mall in Cape Girardeau Missouri

That is not their fault. I wish people would stop paying for $20 in merchandise with a $100 bill.
They only have so much in their drawer and cannot just run to the bank each time this happens...especially when they're constantly working by themselves. Geez people.

They never carry ALOT of change.
Nor do they have a safe.
