I was tricked by a driver who presented a form and said it was a 12 month pricelock when it was actually a contract. He concealed this fact.

Also, prior to signing contracts the owner must approve. I was not aware it was a contract but they are still trying to bind us to it. We also have our employees constantly complaining that their uniforms don't get returned weekly and are sick of their deceit and unethical business practices. I was told by my original sales guy that I can cancel due to my service guaruntee and need to send my complaints to the general manager via registered mail and if he doesn't resolve our issues we can cancel.

Has anyone else done this and been successful?? From what I've researched online it seems as though they always go after their customers legally if they try to get out of the contract.

Also, I don't see how they can continue to provide such terrible service and have so many unhappy customers. A class action lawsuit should be filed!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

They are doing the same to us. I would completely be on board for a class action law suit!

They brought a contract in and asked one of our employees to sign it.

My employee barely speaks English let alone has contract signing privileges.

He thought he was signine for received goods. Now they are trying to lock us in for another 5 years!!
