Clearance Items - All clearance items are FINAL SALE and NOT returnable. Custom Orders- All custom orders created by Chynnadolls are non-returnable/exchangeable. Gift Cards & Store Credits - Gift cards and Store Credits are NOT returnable. Defective/Wrong Items Sent - In the rare case that The User of Website receive the wrong item, please follow the same procedures listed below for the returns.

Orders begin processing the same business day unless The User's order was place after 2PM PST. Orders placed after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on a non-business day (holidays or weekends) will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Chynna Dolls do Company's very best to keep a live running inventory. However, when mistakes occur, The Customer's items can be out of stock at the time of fulfillment. www.chynnadolls.com will contact The Client to let The Customer know when this happens and will do Company's best to fulfill The User's order as quickly as possible. Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping/delivery days and the warehouse is not open on these days. Non-Guaranteed Delivery Date means no delivery date will be supplied.
