First of all let me say i love the make up it was fast and easy. Sometimes you have to leave a message for customer service but they call right back.

And everyone was so very friendly and helpful. Here is where the problem is. I ordered a medium which was to dark. So i called and told me what i needed to do to get an exchange, i was told to send back concealer, lipgloss and compact, so i immediately got the box packed everything up and mailed out the next day.

When i received it back it was only the compact. I called and i was told that i only sent the compact. The concealer was to dark for me to keep. And they told me they would call back which they did and said that quality control was very thorough about what comes back and that they never received the concealer and lipgloss.

I told them to cancel my orders,they they were no dont do that i ask were they going to fix it, she said no and kept insisting i never returned it.... so basically the did nothing to try to make it right and were saying i was lying about the return i ask her why i would want a dark concealer, she said maybe i forgot to put it in, which i didnt im sorry that they didn't even try keep me as a customer.

Customer service is important with any company. It says a lot about the company if they didn't try to resolve the problem.
