ChristianMingle - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. FOR REAL!
I renewed my membership with ChristianMingles because it was the cheaper of the dating site; even though the down-side was I not been successful and had encountered a lot of fake profiles. The one thing I didn't count on was Christian Mingle (CM) not sending match notices or emails.
The first 30 days were okay; but into that second month, the email notifications would work for a week and not work for 2-3 weeks. I was told to clean my cache, etc. each time and finally I was told that I had complained to my email provider about Christian Mingles and was thereby placed on a "DO NOT EMAIL LIST." Of course I had done no such thing and CM would not provide me with proof for me to take to my email provider. Then after 3 weeks or there about, after more email to CM support, I was removed from the list.
I received CM emails for about a week. In September they stopped and again I contacted the CM support and was told to clean out my cache. Really? (I have spent more time dealing with CM support on them getting their act together and somehow they want to make the problem mine.
Secondly, I've been told that I can't get a refund because I can still look at profiles. Can't you do that for free?) When I told the person that this was ridiculous every 2-3 weeks clean out your cache over and over and that I would no longer bother them. She basically said "ok." I have until December before subscription expires and I haven't received an email from CM since September 11, 2016 and today is October 9, 2016.
They could care less; they have been paid for services they are not providing.

It is November and I have not received a single match since September. I did receive one email from another CM subscriber; however, when I checked my iunbox there was a note from the administrator saying the user had been suspended for violations.
The fact that I received an email from another subscriber also attests to the fact that there is nothing wrong with my email but that CM not sending out matches as they are suppose to do.
This site is horrible. The men who contacted me clearly do not have Christian values.
They can't even site a Bible passage. One of the men clearly lied about where he was from. He couldn't write a coherent sentence let alone speak English. I think he even set up a fake Facebook account to add to his scam.
I have not received any emails in days, and now I received an email saying my account will be deactivated due to "congestion in ChristianMingle account users." I assume this is a scam so I am not responding.
Does anyone know who to contact to attempt to get a refund?
