Have been waiting for replacement panels that were damaged. Waiting for 3 months with multiple excuses, placing the blame on Forest River for being non-responsive.

Every interaction with Chesaco is loaded with excuses and empty promises. Average wait time when I call is 20 minutes. Promises of return calls from Mike Richards, sales manager, go unreturned. Will never purchase from Chesaco again and suggest anyone who values customer service find another dealer who is reputable.

I predict Chesaco will go out of business as a result of their poor customer service. Their advertisement while on hold claims their responsive and qualified to handle any repairs with a well stocked parts department. BS. I went to purchase a flush wand for septic tank and the person didn't know what I was talking about.

Sales, parts and service are all difficult to deal with or resolve any issue. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Average wait time was 20 minutes, I would of hung up after 5 but then again I don't know what a flush wand for a septic tank is either.

They do not care about their customers nor employees. I worked for them and 3 months later still waiting for my commission check. I too get the run around.

Contact FR directly. They are supposed to have good customer service. To override the dealers.....
