First of all, Chatters was not opened at 5:00 p.m. on Friday March 3rd. The hairdresser that I was booked for an appointment at 5:00 p.m. on Fri, Mar.3 ti correct my hair appointment prior on Feb 20th that I paid, 268.00 for. My hair was orange and the biolage was not taken to yhe final level.
I was humiliated in front of customers, three hairdressers including the original hairdresser that did my hair were there staring at me and the manager spoke in a manner that was completing unacceptable.
I finally had my hair corrected today with a Master somewhere else.
I was treated with total direpect and without any regards.
I am requwsting a full refund.
I have my receipt number: SEF8V128. Ticket ID 10-18****.
