Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a concert cancellation, in which case tickets are refundable at the original point of purchase. Please contact Ticketmaster directly for lost tickets purchased from Ticketmaster. Most ticket holders will be allowed into the Amphitheatre approximately two hours before the concert is scheduled to start. The North and South Gates, located in the front and back of the property, allow for entry into the concert field. No other beer, spirits or wine brands are permitted anywhere on the winery grounds and will be confiscated. All coolers and bags will be checked upon entry to the Amphitheatre. Wine is available for purchase until approximately just after intermission or approximately an hour and a half before the end of the show.
