How can I Unjam the hammer on my Bulldog .44?
I mistakingly pressed the cylinder latch back and cocked the hammer while the cylinder was open. Now it is stuck and I can't decock the hammer or close the cylinder. Please help.

Sight alignment
I am thinking about purchasing a Charter Arms Professional revolver, However it appears that the alignment of the sights shoot considerably low from the point of aim. My question is how can this be corrected. Second question is the barrel shroud thick enough to cut a dove tail for a front sight.
