How can I get through to your help line? It is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, busy - I can't access my health records.

After not using MyHealth from Southwest General in Middleburg Heights, for months, I tried to log on and now it's Healthelife.

My password won't work and I am asked security questions, my best friends name from childhood (since I haven't used this I don't remember it.) I now can't access my health records because your help line is always busy, people can't stay on hold while they are at work. Your customer service is horrible, I have talked to hospital technology department and they keep telling me to try your help line.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will now be writing a letter to Southwest General Hospital Board of Trustees. Chris Studor
