Why can't CH fix my account issue. Enough is enough.

Contacting the Governor's Office.

Tenant left 65 Jenkinstown Road (CINDY HOWE) Never shut electric. I called to ask that they close her account and add the apartment to my home bill. No problem per your representative Right!!! 5 hours on hold, four weeks later - she transferred the house account to the vacant tenant account instead.

All new account numbers now, no bills. Trying to pay the house account for two weeks which shows no balance when I spoke to 4 different representatives, holding on for over 4 hours total in two days. We want to pay our bill. I want the apartment transferred to the house account and the apartment account closed.

Why is this so very hard to comprehend? Someone contact me or I am calling the Governor's office by the end of the week. Acct # 210******** Apartment ?? Acct # 210******** House ??

These are the two numbers that we were supplied by your representatives. I do not even know if they are correct.
