I searched online for a part for my microwave. This place popped up stating it had the part. I used their website to generate a part number.i ordered the part.Their site stated if I signed up I would get free shipping. Here is where trouble begins. I got the part no free shipping and the totally wrong part. I send an email in and get oh well we are sorry you ordered the wrong part. If you send it back it will be 25% restocking fee. Plus you have to pay shipping. I explained that it was their website that generated the part number. Response "Our website can't do that. I asked for the return address ..never got it until today..You only have 15 days to get it back in their hands,and no writing on the box..They also claim to not sell "Cheap Foreign Alternatives "look below at the pics. to Central .I ordered this part from your website. It is the one that generated the part number for the door skin. I feel that this item should be returned and I should be credited a full refund. If not my Review will reflect my total disappointment with the entire process. If I understand correctly you are going to charge me roughly $13. and some change for a mistake your system made. This is pricey for just taking it back and spending 1 minute or less for entering it back in your system. Oh well,let the chips fall where they will... Now see if you can included where to ship it to in your next email.
