CenterPoint Energy - Disconnected but received NO disconnection notice!
I HATE CENTERPOINT ENERGY... They have the worst customer service ever.
My bill was $62 and I was disconnected. They said it wasn't their fault if I didn't receive mail notification. I was told they sent me an email which I also didn't receive. When I asked them to resend the email to see if it was going into Spam, they said that couldn't be done.
I said I wanted the re-connection fee waived due to these poor circumstances, I was told that the state of MN REQUIRES that the $28 be charged. That's garbage! The re-connection fee is CAPPED at $28.
Monopoly utilities treat customers like *** because they don't care. Their employees are rude and worthless!
Reason of review: Service disconnected but received no disconnection notice.
Monetary Loss: $28.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
CenterPoint Energy Cons: Customer service, U suck.

Just had same problem Centerpoint is the worst company out there I will be call the state and BBB
Pretty sure they send out this thing called a bill. Pay it and this won't happen.
