I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CBEYOND THAT THEY NEEDED TO COME OUT AND RECALIBRATE THE PHONE LINES. AT THE TIME IT SEEMED LIKE A STANDARD PROCEDURE, AT LEAST TO SOMEONE THAT KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT PHONE LINES.

THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT AND COMPLETED THE PROCESS. FROM THAT TIME 9/18/14 TO NOW 10/06/14 WE HAVE NOT HAD USEABLE PHONE SERVICE. WE ARE A MEDICAL FACILITY, AND CBEYOND HAS SEVERELY COMPROMISED OUR ABI,LITY TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE CARE FOR OUR PATIENTS. I HAVE CALLED DAILY, AND HAVE BEEN TOLD REPEATEDLY THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM, OR THAT IT COULD BE REPAIRED WITH OUT THEM COMING OUT.

AFTER 19 DAYS, WE ARE STILL WITHOUT SERVICE.I AM SO FRUSTRATED THAT I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT BIRCH COMMUNICATIONS THE TELECOM GIANT THAT RECENTLY ACQUIRED CBEYOND AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT HELP ME EITHER. THIS PROBLEM HAS COST US QUITE A LARGE SUM OF MONEY, AND NEW PATIENTS.
