C-Beyond is terrible with keeping promises and will not keep them. There is not any communication between the company employees and the consumer.

Just terrible customer service. DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!!

Very disappointed! Have been trying to communicate with a sales person to help deal with our internet and e-mail and has not returned any calls or e-mails what so ever. have left message after message for this person and received nothing!!

Even called and e-mailed his boss! And received e-mail from her and she tells me that they are trying to resolve the issue.

Thats it!! Atill nothing happening!!

Monetary Loss: $1000.

lol. i use to have to refuse to help clients that i had known to have issues with cbeyond. because they were already sold, and my manager told me to go harass more people who obviously did not need those type of services.
